Processing time: Please allow at least 1 week (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed plus shipping times. We offer standard First Class shipping with USPS which has a delivery time of about 2-3 days. However, keep in mind that due to the pandemic production has slowed down especially during peak season. We now offer a RUSH MY ORDER option that can be purchased at $25 per item. This option will put you as priority and we will ship the fastest shipping available and processing time is 1-3 business days.
Returns:
We can offer an exchange only, as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and with tags still attached within 7 days of the item received. We will not accept returns or exchanges on worn or used garments. If an item is incorrect or detective a replacement will be provided at no cost.
Please ship exchanges to:
- Must include a copy of your invoice
- Item must be in original state received. Unwashed, unworn, unused
- Hosiery, fishnet stocking, bodystocking or accessories cannot be exchanged
- Shoes must not be defective and no signs of being worn
- Sale items are FINAL SALE
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
Wholesale:
Yes, we do offer wholesale. We often have bundle packages on our website that are prepackaged for one price that is for resellers. If you are a boutique owner and would like to inquire about ordering certain styles please email wholesale@attitudebehavior.com for assistance with your wholesale order.
Custom/Bulk Orders:
We do offer custom orders for birthdays, events, milestones, etc. We also do group orders for Bottle Service. All custom request should be at least 2-3 weeks ahead of request. For custom orders please visit our Contact Us page and send us a message providing details of what you are requesting, the date you are needing it by and a phone number to where you can be reached and a member of our team will contact you to schedule a consultation.
