How Long is Shipping?
All orders have a processing time of at least 7-10 business days plus shipping 2-3 business days. We ship all orders via USPS
Is Rush Shipping Available?
If you need your item by a certain date, please call 813-517-9904 or send us an email prior to placing your order. Rush shipping may be available. Other fees may apply for rush and expedited shipping
My order says delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
We advise to wait at least 2 business as sometimes USPS will mark items as delivered and ship the next day. If you find that it has been past the 2 days and you still have not received your order, we would recommend that you contact USPS directly at 800-275-8777 and file a claim. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages.
Do you accept returns?
We do not offer returns. We can offer an exchange for items returned within 14 days. For all exchanges please return to Attitude Behavior Returns: 224 Oakfield Dr. Brandon, FL 33511 please include a copy of your invoice along with the item you are wanting to exchange. Exchanged item must have tags still attached and must be unwashed and unworn. Please include details of which item you would like to exchange along with return address. Hosiery, fishnet stocking, bodystocking or accessories cannot be exchanged
I see you make custom pieces, how can I get a custom item made?
Yes we create custom pieces for birthday sets, birthday dresses and custom group uniform orders. If you would like to have a custom piece made, please contact us by phone 813-517-9904 or by email to schedule a consultation to go over your custom design. For group orders, please contact us for consultation to go over your needs.
How much advance notice, do you need for custom orders?
For all custom orders, please contact us at least 3 weeks prior to the date you need your item.
Do you offer wholesale or give discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we have a bundles section on our website. We also offer wholesale pricing on our pieces. Our minimum is at least 10 pieces for wholesale. If you would like specific styles, please send photos to us via text at 813-517-9904 and we will reply back with pricing of each style.
